In China haben 83 Millionen Menschen eine Behinderung, mehr als in jedem anderen Land der Welt. Gleichzeitig ist die staatliche Unterstützung für diese Menschen jedoch minimal. Der Künstler Jodi Xiong will auf ihre Situation aufmerksam machen – indem er sie durch die Kraft ihrer Gedanken Bilder malen lässt.

NASA 3D prints its first object aboard the International Space Station

A 3D-printer on the International Space Station has produced its first object, "paving the way to future long-term space expeditions" according to the US space agency NASA.

Fifty of the world's tallest unfinished skyscrapers will "never complete"

Financial fiascos and political problems have caused 50 skyscrapers taller than 150 metres to be started and never finished, according to industry experts.

The latest research from the Council of Tall Buildings and Urban Habitats(CTBUH) has designated 50 tall buildings as "never completed", meaning that "site works had begun but were completely halted and no reports indicate that construction will continue".
